3 Days Flying Gorilla Safari in Uganda
This package was mainly crafted for those tourists who hate long distance journeys. Instead of travelling to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for 9 hours, you will only spend 2 hours by flight.
Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Rise to an early morning breakfast and transfer to Entebbe International Airport to catch up with your flight to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in south western Uganda. The flight takes approximately 2 hours and this way, you will not feel the long distance of travel. You will arrive before or after noon depending on your departure time and have your lunch immediately at the safari lodge.

Overnight at Mahogany Springs Lodge for luxury, Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge for comfortable and Buhoma Community Bandas for budget.

Day 2: Mountain Gorilla Trekking
Have breakfast in the morning and head to the park headquarters for a pre-briefing meeting at 7:30. This meeting lasts for about 30 minutes and is where you will be allocated into groups before you take your strides into the forest of Bwindi. Gorilla trekking lasts for 2 to 8 hours depending on your luck and how short you take to locate the gorillas. You have a full hour with these primates before returning to your lodge for late lunch.

Day 3: Batwa Experience and Transfer to Kampala
Please note that the Batwa Experience is slightly different from the Batwa Cultural Trail. The experience lasts longer and happens in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. You will have to leave Bwindi by 7:00 am in the morning so that you are in Mgahinga by 8:30 form the experience. Here you will spend time with these pygmies, visit their caves, watch them dance, visit their herbalists and more. After this activity, you will drive back to catch up with your return afternoon flight back to Entebbe.
